Abstract

PLACA DE SUPORTE DE REVESTIMENTO E PROCESSO PARA SUA FABRICAçãO. A invenção refere-se a uma placa de suporte de revestimento bem como a um processo para sua fabricação. No processo de acordo com a invenção, primeiramente é disponibilizado um modelo de placa de suporte (1), que apresenta vários entalhes (4) em uma área lateral. Neles podem ser introduzidos pinos (6a-6d) de tal maneira que os pinos (6a-6d) em parte se projetam para fora do modelo de placa de suporte (1). Em seguida, o modelo de placa de suporte (1) e os segmentos dos pinos (6a-6d) se projetando patada e/ou endurecida. Depois da compactação e/ou endurecimento, o modelo de placa de suporte (1) é de tal maneira removido da massa de molde que os pinos (6a-6d) permanecem na mesma e é formado um compartimento oco de fundição de placa de suporte. No compartimento oco é vertida uma massa fundida, sendo que os segmentos dos pinos (6a-6d) que se projetam para dentro do compartimento oco de fundição de placa de suporte são envoltors pela massa fundida. Depois do endurecimento da massa fundida a placa de suporte de revestimento pode ser retirada do molde. De preferência, a massa fundida forma um ferro fundido com grafite vermicular quando do endurecimento.
