Abstract
"COMPENSADOR EM LINHA PARA SONDA DE PERFURAçãO FLUTUANTE". Um aparelho e um método para proteção contra problemas associados à arfagem de uma sonda de perfuração flutuante são mostrados. A invenção mostrada é um compensador em linha único no qual uma pluralidade de cilindros alojados em um alojamento tubular e uma pluralidade de acumuladores de pressão baixa e pressão alta funcionam em conjunto para a provisão de um sistema para compensação da arfagem no caso de um sistema de compensação de arfagem primário falhar ou se tornar inoperante. O compensador em linha tópico da presente invenção utiliza uma pluralidade de cilindros hidráulicos que atuam em direções opostas e que têm áreas de pistão diferentes, de modo que as hastes de pistão dos cilindros sejam estendidas ou retraídas em níveis de pressão diferentes para consideração da arfagem. o compensador em linha típico da presente invenção é auto-suficiente e compacto o bastante para se adaptar no espaço limitado disponivel em uma estrutura de perfuração flutuante. Ainda, um par de compensadores em linha da presente invenção pode ser utilizado com operações de tubulação flexível.
