Abstract
"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA O APOIO VISUAL DE UMA APLICAçãO DE CATETER ELETROFISIOLóGICO NO CORAçãO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo e a um dispositivo para o apoio visual de uma aplicação de cateter eletrofisiológico no coração, nos quais durante a realização da aplicação do cateter são visualizados dados de mapeamento em 3D eletro-anatómicos preparados, de uma área do coração a ser tratada. Antes da realização da aplicação do cateter, com um processo da formação de imagem em 3D tomográficas são registrados dados de imagem em 3D da área a ser tratada, dos dados de imagem em 3D através de segmentação é extraído um traçado da superfície em 3D de objetos na área a ser tratada, e em seguida, são coordenados os dados de mapeamento em 3D eletro-anatómicos e os dados de imagem em 3D que formam o traçado da superfície em 3D através do registro, corretos quanto à posição e à dimensão, e são visualizados sobrepostos um ao outro, por exemplo, durante a realização da aplicação do cateter. O processo em questão e o dispositivo correspondente possibilitam uma orientação melhorada do operador na realização de uma aplicação do cateter eletrofisiológico no coração.
