Abstract

"USO DE UMA COMPOSIçãO, FITA DE ENROLAMENTO PARA A PROTEçãO DE UM ARTIGO CONFORMADO CONTRA CORROSãO, PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DA MESMA, ARTIGO CONFORMADO, E, PROCESSO PARA COBRIR UM ARTIGO CONFORMADO COM UMA FITA DE ENROLAMENTO". A invenção refere-se a uma composição para a proteção de um artigo conformado contra corrosão, referida composição compreendendo (a) um poliisobuteno tendo uma temperatura de transição vítrea menor que 20<198>C e uma tensão superficial menor do que 40 mM/m a uma temperatura acima da temperatura de transição vítrea de referido poliisobuteno, (b) um material de carga e (c) uma composição anti-oxidante. A composição anti-oxidante compreende um anti-oxidante primário e/ou secundário, o anti-oxidante primário sendo selecionado dentre o grupo consistindo de compostos de fenol estericamente impedido. A invenção ainda refere-se a uma fita de enrolamento compreendendo referida composição para a proteção de um artigo conformado, um processo para a fabricação de referida fita de enrolamento e a um processo para cobrir um artigo conformado com a referida fita de enrolamento.
