Abstract

"cimbre com pré-esforço auto-ajustável". a presente invenção diz respeito a um cimbre para utilização em processos de construção de pontes, viadutos e outras estruturas, o dito cimbre equipado com um sistema que ajusta automaticamente o pré-esforço da estrutura do dito cimbre de acordo com as ações externas nele aplicadas quando ocorrem cargas. o ajustamento do pré-esforço é realizado via a utilização de ao menos um sensor (2) que monitoriza a estrutura, os ditos sensores conduzindo essas medições para um controlador (6), o dito controlador (6) sendo então capaz de ativar ao menos um atuador o qual altera a tensão das estruturas de pré-esforço do cabo ou cabos. em conjunto com as muitas vantagens da presente invenção, uma é a possibilidade de aplicar uma grande quantidade de pré-esforço sem que isto implique deformações indesejáveis na estrutura principal (1) quando não são aplicadas cargas exteriores.
