Abstract
"MéTODO E DISPOSITIVO PARA A AUTENTICAçãO DE DOCUMENTOS E MERCADORIAS". A presente invenção refere-se a um método e a um dispositivo para autenticação de um documento, uma mercadoria de valor ou uma embalagem conduzindo uma marcação (M), exibindo um espectro de reflexão de luz dependente do ângulo de visão. O método de autenticação é com base em uma medida da intensidade de luz refletida pela marcação em pelo menos dois ângulos de visão diferentes, em resposta a uma iluminação de ângulo grande seqüencial com luz de diferentes características espectrais, e na comparação dos valores de intensidade medidos com os valores de referência correspondentes. O dispositivo de autenticação (1) tem pelo menos duas fontes de luz (4) de diferentes características espectrais, um dispositivo óptico de iluminação de ângulo grande (3), e pelo menos dois fotodetectores (5) coletando a luz refletida pelas ditas marcações em pelo menos dois ângulos de visão diferentes. O mesmo pode ter ainda um 'modo de aprendizado' programado para medir e armazenar um conjunto de valores de intensidade refletida de um item de referência, e um 'modo de teste' programado para medir um conjunto de valores de intensidade correspondente em um item a ser autenticado e compará-lo com o conjunto de valores de referência armazenado previamente, derivando e indicando, desse modo, um resultado de teste.
