Abstract

"MECANISMO RECLINADOR CONTìNUO INFINITAMENTE VARIáVEL PARA ASSENTOS DO VEìCULO E APLICAçõES SIMILARES". Um mecanismo reclinador de assento para um assento que tem um amortecimento do assento e uma almofada reclinável inclui um membro estacionário de dobradiça (1) conectável ao amortecimento de assento, um membro ajustável de dobradiça (2) conectável à almofada e um ajustador de posição angular na forma de um mecanismo de engrenagem pendular. O mecanismo da engrenagem pendular inclui uma engrenagem interna (7) conectada a um dos membros de dobradiça (1), uma engrenagem externa (10) conectada ao outro membro da dobradiça (2) e a um elemento de acionamento rotacionável excêntrico (5) para causar a rotação excêntrica da engrenagem interna (7) dentro da engrenagem exterior (10) A engrenagem externa (10) tem um dente a mais que a engrenagem interna (7) e as engrenagens internas e externas têm perfis conformais do dente, por meio de que todos, com exceção de um dos dentes na engrenagem interna (7), acoplam-se com os dentes na engrenagem externa (10).
