Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA SECAGEM DE SUBSTáNCIAS ORGáNICAS FINAMENTE DIVIDIDAS CAPAZES DE PRODUZIR REAçõES EXPLOSIVAS". A invenção refere-se a um processo contínuo para secagem de substâncias orgânicas sólidas em uma fase aquosa ou uma fase mista (água/solvente orgânico), processo este que compreende as etapas de alimentar uma corrente contínua de tais substâncias a um secador contínuo (1), para se obter a partir do secador (1) uma corrente de saída contínua de material em pó seco e vapor a uma temperatura excedendo a 100<198>C para ser conduzida para um equipamento (3, 5) que separa o material em pó do vapor, este último sendo reciclado para o secador (1), com a pressão do vapor no interior do secador (1) e do equipamento de separação (3, 5) mantida constante e a um valor tal que assegure que substancialmente nenhum oxigênio esteja presente, ou que o material em pó não possa incendiar, pela retirada contínua, a jusante do equipamento de separação (3, 5), uma quantidade de vapor correspondente à quantidade de vapor gerada no interior do secador (1).
