"FERRAMENTAS E MéTODOS PARA INSTALAR DE MANEIRA REMOTA UM DISPOSITIVO DE GARRA ARTICULADA, E UM DISPOSITIVO DE GARRA ARTICULADA E UM COLAR AO REDOR DE UM ELEMENTO". Aparelho e métodos para instalar de maneira remota dispositivos para redução de vibração induzida por vórtice (VIV) e redução de arraste em estruturas alongadas em ambientes de fluido em escoamento. O aparelho é uma ferramenta para transportar e instalar os dispositivos. Os dispositivos instalados podem incluir verdugos em forma de garra articulada, ovéns, carenagens, luvas e módulos de flotação.
