Abstract
"GERADOR PARA SOLDADOR A ARCO". Um gerador para soldador a arco, do tipo composto de um estágio de retificador (100) seguido por um estágio de PFC (200) e por um estágio de inversor (300), ambos do tipo de alta freq³ência, o último estágio provendo energia a um estágio de retificador final para um arco de soldagem (404), o estágio de PFC sendo composto de dois indutores (203, 204) que são mutuamente acoplados magneticamente, dois diodos (212, 213) com direções de condução opostas, dois capacitores de nivelamento (216, 217) e meio para controlar a sucessão das comutações de liga e desliga das duas primeiras chaves, assim para formar a corrente absorvida pelo estágio de retificador correlatando-a à forma de onda da tensão de linha. O estágio de inversor inclui quatro tríades de segundas chaves controladas, diodos e capacitores, e também há um dispositivo de controle para as quatro segundas chaves e para a corrente para o estágio final que provê energia ao arco de soldagem.
