Abstract
"SISTEMA DIGITAL FERROVIáRIO PARA DETECTAR AUTOMATICAMENTE TRENS SE APROXIMANDO DE UM CRUZAMENTO". é descrito um sistema para detectar de forma automática a presença de um trem localizado dentro de uma área de detecção ou de vigilância de uma linha ferroviária (102) associada a um cruzamento ferroviário em nível. O sistema inclui uma unidade de transmissão (61 0) a qual transmite um sinal de detecção. O sistema também inclui um receptor (615) o qual recebe um sinal de detecção. Uma unidade de recepção (615) recebe um ou mais sinais. Uma unidade de processador (604) é configurada para iniciar uma ação quando o processador (604) determina a presença ou a ausência do trem ou de um ou mais sinas de detecção. A presente invenção também inclui um método para detectar, de forma automática, a presença do trem localizado dentro de uma área de vigilância associada com uma área de cruzamento ferroviário em nível.
