Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO DE LIMPEZA PARA UM GRUPO DE ELEMENTOS DE FILTRAçãO TUBULARES, ABERTOS EM UMA DAS EXTREMIDADES, PREFERENCIALMENTE DE UM FILTRO DE Pó INDUSTRIAL". A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de limpeza para um grupo de elementos de filtração (5) tubulares, abertos em uma das extremidades, preferencialmente de um filtro de pó industrial. Acima das aberturas dos elementos de filtração (5) estão dispostos injetores (6) para emitir em ritmo de impulsos um jato de ar comprimido para dentro dos elementos de filtração (5). O abastecimento com ar comprimido dos injetores (6), controlado por meio de válvulas (14), ocorre com a ajuda de vários tubos de bocais (10, 11, 12) que se estendem em um ângulo reto relativamente aos injetores e em cada tubo de bocais estão conectados em uma fileira vários injetores (6). Para criar um dispositivo de limpeza que funciona com um dispêndio de técnica de controle reduzido, que trabalho com uma intensidade de impulsos dos injetores (6) individuais uniformemente distribuída, somente uma parte dos tubos de bocais é juntada diretamente às válvulas (14) e estes tubos de bocais (10) se estendem até um desvio (20, 21a, 21b), de onde se estende em direção oposta pelo menos um outro tubo de bocais (11, 12), fechado na sua extremidade (22). De preferência, o desvio é ao mesmo tempo também uma ramificação (20, 21a, 21b) a partir da qual partem dois tubos de bocais (11, 12), que se encontram em ambos os lados do tubo de bocais (10) disposto centralmente.
