Abstract

"PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE MOLDAGEM DE CELULOSE, APARELHO DE EXTRAçãO DE COMPONENTE DE PLANTA E PROCESSO PARA A PRODUçãO DE ACETATO DE CELULOSE". Um processo para a fabricação de uma moldagem de celulose, o processo compreendendo: a vaporização de farelo de espiga de milho a uma temperatura de 150 a 250<198>C e a uma pressão de 20 a 29 MPa; a filtração do farelo de espiga de milho vaporizado com um dispositivo de filtração para a obtenção de um sólido; e a moldagem do sólido; um aparelho de extração de componente de planta, que compreende: um meio de processamento de matéria-prima, incluindo uma porção de suprimento de matéria-prima para o suprimento de uma matéria-prima de planta e uma porção de pressurização de matéria-prima para aquecimento e pressurização da matéria-prima de planta fornecida a de 150 a 350<198>C e de 5 a 30 MPa, respectivamente; um meio de suprimento de água quente incluindo um pressurizador e um aquecedor e fornecendo água subcrítica tendo uma temperatura de 300 a 350<198>C pressurizada a uma pressão de 28 a 30 MPa; e um meio de reação de água quente para a realização de um tratamento de vaporização pela mistura da matéria-prima de planta aquecida e pressurizada com a água subcrítica fornecida a partir do meio de suprimento de água quente; e um processo para a fabricação de acetato de celulose, o processo compreendendo: a vaporização de um material selecionado a partir de bagaço, kenaf, juncos e palha de arroz em um vaso de pressão a uma temperatura de 150 a 350<198>C e uma pressão de 15 a 29 MPa; a filtração do material vaporizado com um dispositivo de filtração para a obtenção de um sólido; e a desidratação e acetilação do sólido pela adição de anidrido acético e ácido sulfúrico ao sólido.
