Abstract
"INDICADOR DE EXPIRAçãO DE TEMPO PARA FIXADOR DE PNEUMáTICO". Um indicador de expiração de tempo é adaptado para uso em uma ferramenta de fixação pneumática para tensionar uma tira em torno de uma carga, aderir à tira a si mesma, e cortar uma extremidade de alimentação da tira. A ferramenta de fixação possui um alojamento de cilindro, um pistão disposto dentro de um cilindro no alojamento de cilindro, um motor de solda pneumático conectado de forma operacional ao pistão, um elemento de solda vibratório conectado de forma operacional ao pistão para contatar a tira e aderir a tira a si mesma. Um módulo pneumático é montado no alojamento de cilindro para fornecer gás comprimido para o alojamento de cilindro e para o motor de solda pneumático. O indicador de expiração de tempo inclui uma manga encaixada dentro de uma abertura no módulo. A abertura é disposta acima e está em comunicação com o cilindro. A manga define uma abertura central longitudinal. Um indicador é montado de forma orientada na manga e disposto para contato com o pistão.
