Abstract
"PROCESSOS PARA LOCALIZAR GEOGRAFICAMENTE UMAUNIDADE DE ASSINANTE DENTRO DE UM SISTEMA DECOMUNICAçãO CDMA, E PARA DETERMINAR UMADISTâNCIA ENTRE UMA UNIDADE DE ASSINANTE E UMAESTAçãO BASE EM UM SISTEMA DE COMUNICAçãO CDMA,SISTEMAS DE COMUNICAçãO CDMA DE ESPECTRO DEESPALHAMENTO CAPAZ DE LOCALIZAR GEOGRAFICAMENTEUMA UNIDADE DE ASSINANTE, DE COMUNICAçãO CDMACAPAZ DE DETERMINAR UMA DISTâNCIA ENTRE UMAUNIDADE DE ASSINANTE E UMA ESTAçãO BASE, E,UNIDADE DE ASSINANTE PARA USO EM UM SISTEMA DECOMUNICAçãO CDMA". A invenção determina a localizaçãogeográfica de uma unidade de assinante dentro de um sistema decomunicação CDMA. Pelo menos uma estação base transmite umsinal de espectro de espalhamento com uma seq³ência de códigode chip singular para essa estação base. Uma unidade deassinante recebe o sinal da estação base e transmite um sinal deespectro de espalhamento com uma seq³ência de código de chipsingular sincronizada em tempo com a seq³ência de código dechip do sinal de estação base recebido. A estação base recebe osinal de unidade de assinante e compara a seq³ência de códigode chip do sinal de unidade de assinante recebido com o sinal daseq³ência de código de chip transmitido pela estação base paradeterminar a localização da unidade de assinante.
