Abstract
"ACELERADOR DE ELéTRONS COM FEIXE DE ELéTRONSALARGADO E MéTODO PARA FORMá-LO". Um acelerador deelétrons para gerar feixes de elétrons inclui uma câmara de vácuotendo um perímetro externo e uma janela de saída para o feixe deelétrons. A janela de saída tendo uma região central e uma primeiraregião de extremidade. Um gerador de elétrons é posicionadodentro da câmara de vácuo para gerar elétrons. o gerador deelétrons e a camara de vácuo são conformados e posicionadosentre si para acelerar os elétrons para fora em feixes de elétronsatravés da janela de saída. Os elétrons passam através da regiãocentral da janela de saída substancialmente perpendicularmente àjanela de saída, e através da primeira região de extremidade dajanela de saída angulados para fora em relação a janela de saída.Pelo menos uma porção destes elétrons angulados para fora sendodirecionados para além do perímetro do acelerador de elétrons.
