Abstract

"ACELERADOR DE ELéTRONS COM FEIXE DE ELéTRONSALARGADO E MéTODO PARA FORMá-LO". Um acelerador deelétrons para gerar feixes de elétrons inclui uma câmara de vácuotendo um perímetro externo e uma janela de saída para o feixe deelétrons.
