A invenção retrata um granulado, um método e umequipamento para sua produção de granulados. o objetivo dainvenção é obter um granulado à base de matérias-primasrenováveis que seja adequado como material para moldagem porinjeção e que seja amplamente variável no que diz respeito às suaspropriedades mecanicas e físicas por ocasião da introdução deaditivos. O método inventado traz a vantagem de produzir ogranulado sem que seja necessário um tratamento anterior doscomponentes vegetais a serem incorporados. Foi criado umequipamento para incorporar o método inventado que poderáconsistir de um pré-granulador e um granulador final ou somente deum pré-granulador. Através das várias configurações do granuladorfinal, que poderá ser equipado p.ex. com matrizes contra-rotativasou que giram umas dentro das outras, poderá ser produzido umgranulado bem limpo."GRANULATE, METHOD AND EQUIPMENT FOR SUAPRODUCTION". The invention depicts a granulate, a method and an equipment for its production of granules. the aim of the invention is to obtain a granulate based on renewable raw materials that is suitable as a material for injection molding and that is widely variable with regard to its mechanical and physical properties at the time of introduction of salts. The invented method has the advantage of producing granules without the need for prior treatment of the vegetable components to be incorporated. An equipment was created to incorporate the invented method, which may consist of a pre-granulator and a final granulator or just a pre-granulator. Through the various configurations of the final granulator, which can be equipped, for example, with counter-rotating dies or which rotate within each other, a very clean granulate can be produced.
