Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO PARA A EQUALIZAçãO, SOBRETUDO PARA ESPéCIES DE MODULAçãO OFFSET". A invenção descreve um método para a equalização de um sinal de recepção em um receptor digital com a ajuda de uma estrutura-DFB (Decision Feedback Equalizer). O sinal de recepção é baseado em uma constelação de sinais unidimensional ou em uma constelação de sinais transformável nesta (por exemplo, BPSK, GMSK, OQPSK). Os coeficientes do DFE são estabelecidos de tal modo, que o valor esperado do quadrado da parte real do erro do sinal de recepção é minimizado. Como diferença ao atual estado tecnológico portanto não é empregado o erro do valor complexo como base para a otimização. O cálculo é muito mais limitado ao valor real. Os coeficientes de filtro também podem ter um valor real em lugar de um valor complexo. O aspecto fundamental da invenção reside no fato de que é possível melhorar o desempenho da estrutura DFE de uma forma simples, mesmo a complexidade de cálculo pode ser reduzida comparado com o atual estado tecnológico.
