Abstract
''VáLVULA DE ISOLAMENTO DUPLO'' Uma válvula de isolamento duplo (10) que compreende: um corpo de válvula (12) com orifícios de entrada (14) e de saída (40) opostos que definem uma cavidade interna; um primeiro membro de válvula (22); e um segundo membro de válvula (34). Os membros de válvula (22, 34) (de preferência tampões) apresentam primeiras extremidades mais estreitas (22a,34a) e segundas extremidades mais largas (22b,34b) e são rotativamente montados dentro da cavidade do corpo de válvula para rotação em torno de um primeiro e segundo eixo geométrico de rotação substancialmente perpendicular ao eixo geométrico de fluxo <B>F<D> definido pelos orofícios de entrada e saída (40).
