Abstract

''MéTODO PARA TRANSPORTAR UM FLUXO DE HIDROCARBONETOS FLUIDOS CONTENDO áGUA, E, SISTEMA PARA TRATAR E TRANSPORTAR UM FLUXO DE HIDROCARBONETOS FLUIDOS CONTENDO áGUA'' Método para o transporte de um fluxo de hidrocarbonetos fluidos contendo água através de um sistema de tratamento e transporte, que inclui uma tubulação, em que o fluxo de hidrocarbonetos fluidos é introduzido em um reator, onde ele é misturado com partículas de hidratos gasosos, que são também introduzidas ao interior do referido reator, o fluxo efluente de hidrocarbonetos a partir do reator é resfriado em um trocador de calor para assegurar que todas a água presente no mesmo esteja sob a forma de hidratos gasosos, o referido fluxo é então tratado em um separador para ser separado em um primeiro fluxo e um segundo fluxo, o referido primeiro fluxo tendo um conteúdo de hidrato gasoso é reciclado ao reator para prover as partículas de hidratos gasosos acima mencionadas, e o referido segundo fluxo é carregado em uma tubulação para ser transportado a seu destino. Sistema para tratamento e transporte de um fluxo de hidrocarbonetos fluidos contendo água, que inclui os seguintes elementos, relacionados na direção de fluxo e conectados um com o outro: conexão a uma fonte de hidrocarboneto (1), um primeiro trocador de calor (4); um reator (6), um segundo trocador de calor (7), um separador (8), e uma tubulação (13); e, em adição, uma linha (9), que conduz a partir do separador (8) ao reator (6) e é provida com uma bomba (10) adaptada para reciclar material a partir do separador (8) de volta ao reator (6).
