Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>''EQUIPAMENTO DE TRANSPORTE, RESTRITO A TRILHOS, PARA AS CARGAS PESADìSSIMAS''<D>. A invenção se refere a um processo e a uma instalação de transferência com um equipamento de transporte, restrito a trilhos, para cargas pesadíssimas, especialmente para a troca de conversores de usinas de aço, com um veículo, o qual recebe automaticamente a carga e é conduzida sobre um percurso para a estacão de entrega, através de trilhos, cuja direção de transporte na estação de inversão é modificada especialmente por 90°. Este é caracterizado pelo fato de que a armação de veículo (21) possui um, componente em forma de anel (22) para a recepção da carga (11), que na periferia do componente em forma de anel (22) são previstos ao menos três rodas de rotação (39), que na armação de veículo são dispostas rodas de transporte (23), que as rodas de transporte (23) e/ou as rodas de rotação (33) podem ser ajustadas em sua altura através de elementos de ajuste (24, 34), sendo que os elementos de ajuste (24, 34) são acoplados a atuadores (25, 35), os quais, através da armação de veículo (21), podem ser colocados em uma posição, na qual elevados dos trilhos (51) durante a inversão das rodas de transporte (23), e que motores (31) são previstos, os quais acionam as rodas de rotação (33) e giram a armação do veículo da direção de transporte atual para a desejada.
