Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA A REGULAGEM OU CONTROLE DE UM MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA CARREGADO"<D>. Em um processo para a regulagem ou controle de um motor de combustão interna, o qual abrange um turbocarregador de gás de escape com uma turbina de gás de escape, com geometria de turbina variável, para o ajuste variável da seção transversal eficaz de turbina, e com um compressor de ar de carga, a diferentes estados de operação do motor são conjugados diferentes campos característicos com grandezas de operação de motor e/ou de estado de motor, e a geometria de turbina é ajustável em correspondência aos campos característicos entre uma posição aberta e uma posição de represamento. Quando de uma variação de um significativo valor característico de motor, é comutado entre dois campos característicos. Para otimizar o comportamento de operação do motor sobre todas as faixas de carga e de número de rotações, são fixadas duas faixas de carga/número de rotações abaixo e acima de um valor de limite predeterminado e a cada faixa de carga/número de rotações é conjugado um campo característico, através do valor característico do motor é identificada a faixa atual de carga/número de rotações, na faixa de carga/número de rotações inferior, o ajuste da geometria de turbina variável se dá por meio de um controle em dependência do campo característico conjugado à faixa de carga/número de rotações inferior e, na faixa de carga/número de rotações superior, o ajuste da geometria de turbina variável se dá por meio de uma regulagem na dependência do campo característico conjugado à faixa de carga/número de rotações superior.
