"MEDIçõES USANDO CORRENTE DE PENETRAçãO DETúNEL ENTRE CONDUTORES ALONGADOS". Um aparelhopara uso na medição e/ou monitoramento da posição relativa oudeslocamento de dois elementos, inclui um par de condutoreselétricos alongados (10,11) adaptado para ser associado com oselementos respectivos, e dispositivo (12,13,18) para dispor oscondutores em uma separação mútua tal que uma corrente depenetração de túnel quântica detectável possa ser gerada entreeles na aplicação de uma diferença de potencial elétrico entre oscondutores.
