Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO PARA REMOçãO DE REBARBAS DE UMA CâMARA DE USINAGEM DE UMA MáQUINA OPERATRIZ". Dispositivo para remoção de rebarbas da câmara de usinagem de uma máquina operatriz (2), consistindo de aberturas de remoção de rebarba primária (24) e secundária (34), com a abertura de rebarba primária (24) sendo posicionada no fluxo das rebarbas que se originam da peça (22) em corte, e a abertura de rebarba secundária (34) sendo localizada em uma calha (36) na, ou próxima à base da câmara de usinagem, para coletar as rebarbas que não penetram na abertura de rebarba primária. Uma fonte de vácuo (26) é aplicada a ambas as aberturas, tanto simultaneamente como, preferivelmente, de uma maneira alternada, e as rebarbas são transportadas através dos respectivos condutos (28, 30, 38) para um recipiente de coleta de rebarba (46).
