Abstract

"FERRAMENTA DE COMBINAçãO". A invenção refere-se a uma ferramenta de combinação para o emprego em máquinas-ferramenta para o acabamento, com formação de aparas, de peças de trabalho. A ferramenta de combinação apresenta um corpo de base (16) com vários gumes de alargamento (18), dispostos de forma distribuída através da circunferência do corpo de base, apresentando um corte (20) e uma peça de guia (22), para o alargamento de um furo cilíndrico e com, pelo menos, um gume de entalhe (26), disposto deslocado axialmente em relação aos gumes de alargamento (18), que pode ser comandado radialmente em relação ao corpo de base (16). De acordo com a invenção, a ferramenta de combinação está equipada com duas réguas de guia (30) que estão dispostas no corpo de base, com um intervalo angular de uma para outra, entre dois gumes de alargamento (18) adjacentes na direção da circunferência, e estão deslocadas axialmente em relação a esses gumes na direção do gume de entalhe (26). As réguas de guia apresentam o mesmo raio circular aéreo que os gumes de alargamento (18) e, no processo de entalhe, podem ser apoiados, em lados opostos um ao outro, com intervalo angular da resultante da força de corte (28) do gume de entalhe (26) dentro do furo.
