Abstract

<B>"CéLULA FOTOVOLTAICA"<D> A presente invenção se refere a células fotovoltaicas aperfeiçoadas que utiliza para uma camada semicondutora pós de dióxido de titânio, os quais consistem em partículas porosas, as quais variam em tamanho de 0,1 a 10 mícrons e apresentam uma densidade de massa relativamente elevada combinada com uma grande área de superície. As ditas partículas são agregados de cristalitos que possuem um tamanho de menos de 0,1 mícron.
