Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"SISTEMA DE CONTROLE PARA PROCESSO DE POLIAMIDAçãO CONTìNUA"<D>. Um sistema de poliamidação e um sistema de controle para produzir uma poliamida a partir de monómero ácido dicarboxílico fundido e de monómero diamina fundido. O sistema de controle de poliamidação mede a razão molar do monómero ácido dicarboxílico fundido e do monómero diamina fundido com uma mistura parcialmente polimerizada. Um algoritmo de controle de alimentação adiantada é empregado dentro do sistema de controle para determinar a extensão à qual a razão dos reagentes iniciais deve ser alterada antes da mistura de forma a produzir a poliamida resultante tendo uma razão molar estequiometricamente equilibrada.
