"PROTEìNA TAO QUINASES E PROCESSOS PARA SEU USO" São apresentadas composições e processos para potencializar a atividade da proteína quinase ativada por mitógeno p38. Em particular, apresenta-se a proteína quinase ativada por mitógeno MEK3, e suas variantes, que estimulam a fosforilação de p38. Esses compostos podem ser usados, por exemplo, para a terapia de doenças associadas à cascata de p38 e para identificar anticorpos e outros agentes que inibam ou ativem a transdução de sinais mediante p38.
