Abstract

<B><MU>CORANTE REATIVO<MV><D> Expõe-se um corante reativo, o qual é dotado de um Valor de Fixação (F) em substratos celulósicos de 95% ou maior, quando medido pelo Processo de Teste Técnico de Valor de Fixação (sob profundidade padrão 2:1). Além disso, os compostos neste contexto são dotados de altos Valores de Exaustão (E), altos Valores de Eficiência (T), e exibem aperfeiçoamentos significativos em termos de redução do corante despendido no efluente, aumentando a afinidade do corante ao substrato, aumentado a aglutinação covalente do corante com substrato, aumentando a capacidade de tingir substratos à temperatura ambiente, diminuindo a quantidade de corante que é removido durante o "processo de ensaboamento" pós tingimento e, conseq³entemente, simplificando o "processo de ensaboamento" pós tingimento que se encontra tradicionalmente associado com o tingimento de algodão com corantes reativos de fibras e a redução de enodoamento de tecidos brancos adjacentes. Além disso, os compostos preparados conforme expostos supra, proporcionam tingimentos que são mais intensos e requerem níveis de sal menores para o tingimento de substratos de algodão.
