Patente de Invenção: <B>"APARELHO DE MANIPULAçãO E PROCESSO PARA ABRIR UM SACO"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um aparelho e processo para abrir um saco facilmente de forma mecânica. Em particular, a invenção provê um aparelho de manipulação de saco (1) que inclui dois ou mais elementos de engatamento (2, 3), e cada elemento de engatamento inclui um ou mais elementos de pega mecânicos de uma lâmina de pega móvel (5), um bloco de pega fixo (8) e calços de borracha (6), caracterizado pelo fato de que pelo menos um elemento de engatamento inclui; um aparelho de acionamento de modo que um cilindro pneumático (4) configurado para acionar o elemento de engatamento para colocar o meio de pega do elemento de engatamento em contato com a lateral do saco (10) de tal maneira que a lateral do saco pode ser presa pelos meios de pega, e movimento subseq³ente de um elemento de engatamento em relação ao outro elemento de engatamento é suficiente para abrir o saco.
