Abstract

Patente de Invenção: MéTODO E EQUIPAMENTO PARA CONVERTER PARA RECEPçãO SINAIS TRANSMITIDOS USANDO-SE UMA PLURALIDADE DE FORMATOS DE MODULAçãO PARA UMA FAIXA DE FREQuêNCIA INTERMEDIáRIA COMUM. Um receptor (2) que converte para recepção sinais de alimentação modulados pelo uso de um primeiro, segundo, terceiro e quarto formatos de modulação para uma faixa intermediária comum de freq³ências. Os primeiro e segundo formatos de modulação são transmitidos para o receptor em uma primeira faixa de freq³ências, o terceiro formato de modulação é transmitido para o receptor em uma segunda faixa de freq³ências e o quarto formato de modulação é transmitido para o receptor em uma terceira faixa de freq³ências. Os sinais de alimentação são providos a um primeiro, segundo e terceiro filtros de seleção de banda (10, 12, 14) que selecionam respectivamente primeira, segunda e terceira faixas de freq³ências. Um primeiro conversor para recepção (20) é acoplado a uma saída do primeiro filtro de seleção de banda e converte para recepção sinais a partir da primeira faixa de freq³ências para a faixa intermediária comum de freq³ências. Um segundo conversor para recepção (24) é seletivamente acoplado por meio de um comutador (16) a uma saída do segundo filtro de seleção de banda (12) ou a uma saída do terceiro filtro de seleção de banda (14) e converte para recepção sinais a partir da segunda faixa de freq³ências ou da terceira faixa de freq³ências para a faixa intermediária comum de freq³ências. O segundo conversor para recepção possui uma entrada ou alimentação acoplada a um circuito de duplicação de freq³ências (26). Circuitos de comutação (28) acoplam seletivamente um dentre um primeiro sinal oscilante (30) proveniente de um oscilador controlado por voltagem (VCO - Voltage Controlled Oscilator) (34) possuindo uma faixa de freq³ências VCO, ou um segundo sinal oscilante (32) a uma segunda freq³ência que se encontra fora da faixa de freq³ência VCO para uma alimentação do primeiro conversor para recepção (20) e uma alimentação do circuito de duplicação de freq³ência (26).
