Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"INIBIDORES DE TRANSPORTE DE GLICINA"<D>. A presente invenção é concernida com o emprego de <244>, <244>-difenil-1-piperidinabutanamidas de inibição de transporte de glicina para a preparação de medicamentos para tratamento de distúrbios do sistema nervoso central e periférico, em particular psicoses, dores, epilepsia, doenças neuro-degenerativas (doença de Alzheimer), acidente vascular cerebral, trauma na cabeça, esclerose múltipla e outros. A invenção ainda compreende novos compostos, suas preparações e suas formas farmacêuticas.
