Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"APARELHO E MéTODO PARA UTILIZAR BOLHA COMO VáLVULA VIRTUAL NO MICROINJETOR PARA EJETAR FLUIDO"<D>. Um aparelho e método para formar uma bolha dentro de um microcanal de um microinjetor para funcionar como um mecanismo de válvula entre a câmara e o tubo de distribuição, que proporciona uma alta resistência ao líquido saindo da câmara através do tubo de distribuição durante a ejeção do fluido através de um orifício e que também proporciona uma baixa resistência ao reabastecimento de líquido para dentro da câmara após a ejeção do fluido e do desmoronamento da bolha. Isto efetivamente minimiza a linha cruzada entre as câmaras adjacentes e aumenta a freq³ência de injeção do microinjetor. A formação de uma segunda bolha dentro da câmara funde-se com uma primeira bolha formada entre a câmara e o tubo de distribuição para abruptamente terminar a ejeção do fluido, por meio disso eliminando as gotículas satélite.Invention Patent: <B> "APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR USING BUBBLE AS A VIRTUAL VALVE IN THE MICROINJECTOR TO EJECT FLUID" <D>. An apparatus and method for forming a bubble within a microchannel of a microinjector to function as a valve mechanism between the chamber and the distribution tube, which provides a high resistance to liquid exiting the chamber through the distribution tube during ejection of the fluid through an orifice and it also provides a low resistance to refilling liquid into the chamber after the fluid is ejected and the bubble collapses. This effectively minimizes the cross line between adjacent chambers and increases the injection frequency of the microinjector. The formation of a second bubble inside the chamber merges with a first bubble formed between the chamber and the distribution tube to abruptly end the ejection of the fluid, thereby eliminating the satellite droplets.
