A invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para a formação e distribuição de uma mistura, particularmente uma cola cirúrgica, compreendendo um receptáculo (1) projetado para a preensão pela mão do cirurgião e compreendendo meios (5, 17, 18) para receber dois corpos de seringa (2, 3) contendo os constituintes da mistura, meios (4) para a expulsão simultânea dos conteúdos, meios para manter o conteúdo da seringa (2) do primeiro constituinte a uma temperatura de contenção superior à temperatura fisiológica, e um misturador (6, 7) recebendo simultaneamente o conteúdo das duas seringas, esse meio misturador permitindo ainda o resfriamento.
