Abstract

<B>"APARELHO DE MODELAGEM POR SOPRO DE ESTIRAMENTO BIAXIAL"<D>. Aparelho de modelagem por sopro de estiramento biaxial, o qual possui alta velocidade de processo, melhorando a eficiência de operação nos respectivos componentes. O aparelho de modelagem por sopro de estiramento biaxial executa uma modelagem biaxial, para a pré-forma em uma forma pré-determinada através do transporte de pré-forma, ao longo do caminho de transporte, estendendo-se através da parte de aquecimento e da parte de modelagem-estiramento, possuindo um primeiro e segundo dispositivos de inversão para inverter a portadora de pré-forma e, um primeiro e segundo caminho de transporte formando o caminho de transporte. O primeiro dispositivo de inversão, recebe a portadora de pré-forma transportada na posição invertida ao longo do segundo caminho de transporte, contrário a portadora de pré-forma recebida em uma posição eleita e , transfere a portadora de pré-froma, então invertida para o primeiro caminho de transporte. O segundo dispositivo de inversão recebe a portadora de pré-forma transportada numa posição eleita ao longo do primeiro caminho de transporte, inverte a portadora de pré-forma recebida em uma posição invertida e, transfere a portadora de pré-forma então invertida para o segundo caminho de transporte.
