Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"REFRIGERAçãO FORçADA DE CIRCUITO FECHADO PARA UM MOTOR DE BOMBA SUBMERSìVEL"<D>. Trata-se de um sistema de refrigeração forçada de circuito fechado destinado a ser utilizado numa bomba submersível acionada por um motor elétrico possuindo uma carcaça de motor contendo um motor elétrico com um eixo rotativo de motor estendendo-se da mesma, e uma carcaça de bomba acoplada à carcaça do motor, a carcaça da bomba possuindo uma abertura de admissão de fluido, uma abertura de descarga de fluido e um impulsor de bomba ali montado sobre o eixo do motor. O sistema de refrigeração de circuito fechado consiste numa bainha para refrigerante que envolve a carcaça do motor definindo uma câmara anular refrigeração do motor; uma placa de extremidade interposta entre a carcaça do motor e a carcaça da bomba definindo um reservatório de refrigerante em torno do eixo do motor. O reservatório de refrigerante encontra-se em comunicação fluida com a câmara anular de refrigeração do motor e selado relativamente ao fluido bombeado na carcaça da bomba pela placa de extremidade. A placa de extremidade possui características para aumento de transferência térmica e encontra-se em contato com o fluido bombeado no interior da carcaça da bomba para tranferência de calor para o mesmo. é igualmente prevista a circulação forçada de refrigerante entre o reservatório de refrigerante e a câmara anular de refrigeração do motor.
