Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"SISTEMA DE MANOBRA DE RECIPIENTE DE VIDRO"<D>. Recipientes de vidro são transferidos a partir de chapas fixas de uma máquina de formação do tipo I.S. para um transportador da máquina adjacente através de varreduras de 90°, cada uma das quais sendo energizada por um servomotor de corrente alternada. O transportador da máquina, que é também energizado por um servomotor de corrente alternada, transporta recipientes para um transportador transversal que se estende perpendicularmente com relação ao transportador da máquina e transporta os recipientes para posições adjacentes à entrada de um forno de recozimento. A transferência dos recipientes a partir do transportador da máquina para o transportador transversal é efetuada por um dispositivo de transferência de corrente, o transportador transversal e o dispositivo de transferência de corrente sendo cada qual energizados por um servomotor de corrente alternada. Grupos de recipientes são transferidos em sintonia a partir do transportador transversal para um transportador móvel do forno de recozimento através de uma impulsora de movimento alternado de um carregador de forno, a operação da barra impulsora do carregador de forno executando o movimento alternado ao longo de três (3) eixos, energizados por três (3) servomotores de corrente alternada. A operação de cada um dos servomotores de corrente alternada para varreduras de 90°, do transportador da máquina, do transportador transversal, do dispositivo de transferência de corrente e da barra impulsora de carregador de forno, e a operação do forno de recozimento, que é energizado por um motor de corrente alternada, são simultaneamente medidas e controladas para processar recipientes sempre a partir das chapas fixas da máquina de formação para o transportador de forno de recozimento em taxas controladas predeterminadas.
