Abstract

Patente de Invenção para<B>"SISTEMA DE CODIFICAçãO E DECODIFICAçãO SEM PERDA"<D>. Um aparelho de codificação sem perda codifica dados de áudio, e um aparelho de decodificação sem perda restaura os dados de áudio codificados de compressão sem perda em uma base de tempo real. O aparelho de codificação sem perda compreende uma unidade para codificar por compressão sem perda os dados de áudio armazenados no compensador de entrada em unidades de dados pré-determinadas, e descarregando os dados codificados em sequência, e um compensador de saída para armazenamento da saída de dados de áudio codificada a partir da unidade de compressão sem perda. Um controlador de bitrato divide uma pluralidade dos dados de áudio armazenados no compansador de saída nos primeiros dados tendo uma quantidade de dados excedendo o bitrato máximo, e segundos dados tendo uma quantidade de dados menor do que o bitrato máximo, divide os primeiros dados em terceiros dados sendo os dados de áudio codificados tendo uma quantidade de dados do bitrato máximo, e quartos dados sendo os dados codificados da porção que excede sobre o bitrato máximo, e controla o compensador de saída de modo que os quartos dados são descarregados ao mesmo tempo quando os segundos dados são descarregados.
