Método de galvanização a seco frio de alta eficiência para a formação de uma película de liga de zinco de estrutura policristalina importante e altamente aderente sobre substratos metálicos por projeção mecânica de um material compósito. Método de galvanização a seco frio de alta eficiência que usa um material compósito descrito como partículas de núcleos de ferro encapsuladas por liga de zinco, em que o material compósito contém de 45 a 80% de zinco. Processo de galvanização a seco frio que proporciona melhor rendimento e um curto tempo de tratamento, com grande quantidade de zinco fortemente aderido às superfícies metálicas.
