Abstract
Patente de Invenção; <B>"TERMOSTATO DE COMPRESSOR DE FASE úNICA COM RELé DE PARTIDA E PROTEçãO DE MOTOR"<D>. A presente invenção envolve um sistema de refrigeração. O sistema de refrigeração compreende um motor de compressor elétrico (38), uma linha (42) adaptada a fim de ser conectada a uma linha de energia elétrica e um circuito de controle do termostato (20). O circuito de controle de termostato compreende um circuito lógico que responde ao termostato (22) acoplado a um sensor de temperatura (40) associado com o compressor e um circuito de controle de motor em estado sólido. O circuito de controle de motor em estado sólido inclui um circuito de relé (24), um circuito de alternância de energia (26), um circuito de partida de compressor (36) com um temporizador de sobrecarga, um circuito de proteção contra alta voltagem (30), um circuito de proteção contra voltagem insuficiente (32) e um circuito limitador de corrente de funcionamento (28). O circuito de relé inclui um acoplador ótico (44) e um triac (46) para fornecer a voltagem em linha para o compressor através de um resistor de partida (48). O circuito de alternância de energia inclui um par de SCRs (50, 52) conectados em paralelo como um comutador para permitir que a corrente flua através do compressor.
