Abstract

"MéTODO E DISPOSITIVO DE INSPEçãO DE CORRENTE FOUCAULT DE TUBULAçãO". Um veículo de inspeção da tubulação (10) pode ser rebocado através de uma tubulação (11) por cabo (12). O veículo inclui uma unidade de força (20), um módulo processador mestre (21) e uma bobina (24) que gera um campo de corrente Foucault que passa ao longo da tubulação. O campo resultante é detectado pelo anel de sensor mestre (22) e anel de sensor servo (25). Informação na amplitude e fase do campo detectado junto com informação de orientação do veículo são enviadas à estação de base e portanto ao computador (31). Um codificador de distância (32) ajuda na localização da posição de qualquer falha detectada.
