Abstract

"COMPOSTOS SUBSTITUìDOS DE 11-FENIL-DIBENZAZEPINA, COMPOSIçãO FARMACêUTICA BASEADA NOS REFERIDOS COMPOSTOS, E METóDOS PARA INIBIR A PROLIFERAçãO DE CéLULAS DE MAMìFEROS E PARA TRATAMENTO OU PREVENçãO DE DESORDEM CAUSADA POR PROLIFERAçãO ANORMAL DE CéLULAS". A presente invenção apresenta compostos substituídos de 11-fenil-dibenzazepina que são inibidores específicos, potentes e seguros de proliferação de células de mamíferos. Os compostos podem ser usados para inibir a proliferação de células de mamíferos in situ como abordagem terapêutica do tratamento ou prevenção de doenças caracterizadas por proliferação de células, como por exemplo, o câncer.
