Abstract
<B>"ENROLAMENTO DE ALTA VOLTAGEM"<D>. A presente invenção se refere a um enrolamento de alta voltagem, tendo um cabo de múltiplos fios de arame unidos e eletricamente isolados (10), fazendo parte de uma máquina elétrica, um método de unir o dito condutor isolante durante a fabricação, montagem ou reparo e a uma máquina elétrica tendo tal enrolamento de alta voltagem. O cabo isolado de múltiplos fios de arame compreende um núcleo tendo uma pluralidade de fios de arame condutores (12, 23, 33, 43a, 43b, 53a, 53b, 53c, 63, 73) eletricamente isolados entre si, fios e um isolamento de cabo de múltiplas camadas fornecido em volta do condutor compósito de múltiplos fios de arame. O isolamento de cabo compreende uma primeira camada semicondutora interna (14) envolvendo o condutor, uma camada de um isolamento sólido (16) fornecida em volta da camada semicondutora interna e uma segunda camada semicondutora externa (18) envolvendo o isolamento sólido. O elemento de junta conecta e contata eletricamente dois núcleos de cabos (20, 30, 50, 60, 70). Todos os fios em cada núcleo de cabo se encontram no elemento de junta, dispostos em contato elétrico entre si.
