Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA CONVERTER DADOS DE UMA PRIMEIRA VELOCIDADE DE AMOSTRA PARA UMA SEGUNDA VELOCIDADE DE AMOSTRA, E, CONVERSOR DE VELOCIDADE". Um processo e aparelho em uma sistema de telecomunicações de radio para converter dados de uma primeira velocidade de amostra para uma segunda velocidade de amostra, de modo que as primeira e segunda velocidades de amostra fiquem, de preferência, dentro de 10% uma da outra, são apresentados. Um buffer de entrada recebe uma pluralidade de agrupamentos de dados a uma primeira velocidade de amostra. Um filtro de ranhura utiliza os dados de entrada juntamente com uma diferença de fase entre dados de entrada e de saída, calcula uma função de ranhura de terceira ordem e um tempo de saída para os dados de entrada. Esta informação é usada para converter os dados de entrada a uma primeira velocidade de amostra para dados de saída a uma segunda velocidade de amostra. Os dados de saída são amortecidos dentro de um buffer de saída até que seja transmitido a uma unidade de banda base associada.
