Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO PARA FABRICAçãO DE éSTERES ALQUìLICOS INFERIORES DE ALTA PUREZA, A PARTIR DE áCIDO GRAXO"<D>. Processo para síntese de ésteres alquílicos inferiores de alta pureza de ácido graxo, que compreende as etapas de: (a) conversão de uma fonte de ácidos graxos em uma mistura de produtos compreendendo ésteres alquílicos inferiores de ácido graxo e subprodutos; (b) lavagem com água da mistura de produtos a uma elevada temperatura e a uma elevada pressão para remover os subprodutos; e (c) destilação fracionada da mistura de produtos lavada com água para obter ésteres alquílicos inferiores de alta pureza de ácido graxo. Pelo menos uma porção dos ácidos graxos apresentam de cerca de 20 a 24 átomos de carbono. Os ésteres alquílicos inferiores de alta pureza apresentam um valor de acidez não maior que cerca de 1,0.
