Abstract
"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA A PRODUçãO DE FIOS DE FILAMENTO INDUSTRIAIS POR MEIO DE EMARANHAMENTO DE UM MULTIFILAMENTO DE POLIéSTER EM TEMPERATURA ELEVADA, E, FIO DE FILAMENTO DE POLIéSTER". A invenção se refere a um processo para a produção de fios de filamento industriais por meio de emaranhamento de um multifilamento de poliéster em temperatura elevada, sob força de tração de fio menor do que 140 cN. Por meio de uma tubeira de emaranhamento, consistindo de um corpo de tubeira (1) com uma placa perfurada (2) e com uma placa de deflexão (3), calor é diretamente transmitido para o filamento de poliéster e o ar passando através do corpo de tubeira (1) é diretamente transmitido para um bloco de metal (8) com elevada condutibilidade térmica, diretamente conectado à placa de deflexão (3). No dispositivo para a realização do dito processo, a placa de deflexão (3) é ligada diretamente e rente a um bloco de metal de elevada condutibilidade térmica (8), no qual está prevista uma perfuração (7) para a recepção de um corpo de aquecimento. O fio de filamento para o uso em tecelagem, feito de poliéster, com um título de 500-2000 dtex, apresenta uma resistência de pelo menos 70 cN/tex em uma dilatação de ruptura menor do que 24 %, e tem uma resistência a nós maior do que 80 % e uma distância entre 2 nós maior do que 4,0 cm.
