Abstract

<B>"DISPOSITIVO DE ESMERILHAMENTO PARA SERRAS DE CORRENTE"<D>. A presente invenção se refere a um dispositivo de esmerilhamento para serras de corrente, em que a corrente de serra é afiada mediante pressionamento de um bloco abrasivo (15) contra o lado superior de elos cortadores (11), quando a corrente de serra está fazendo o percurso em torno de uma engrenagem do tipo aro (14), e a normalmente periferia cilíndrica da engrenagem de transmissão apresenta degraus ou rampas elevados (17, 27), que suspendem a extremidade frontal dos elos cortadores, dessa forma permitindo uma profundidade de corte suficientemente grande, sem localizar o calibrador de profundidade na frente do rebite frontal. Isso reduz as vibrações e a instabilidade da corrente de serra durante a serragem.
