Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA FABRICAçãO DE UM MATERIAL DE MANCAL, E, MATERIAL DE MANCAL". São descritos um processo para a fabricação de material de mancal, um material de mancal e um mancal tendo material de mancal sobre um suporte forte. O processo inclui os estágios de formação de uma suspensão, baseada em água, tendo um conteúdo de sólidos que compreende 30 a 80 por cento em volume de um flúor-polímero, 5 a 30 por cento em volume de uma tela formada de fibras fibriladas, e 5 a 40 por cento em volume de material de carga selecionada dentre pelo menos um grupo que compreende: fibras inorgânicas; material particulado inorgânico; fibras de metal; pós de metal; fibras orgânicas; material particulado orgânico; e, agentes orgânicos de fortalecimento de matriz, os materiais de formação de tela e carga sendo resistentes a temperaturas acima do ponto de fusão ou da temperatura de cura do flúor-polímero, depositando uma camada da suspensão sobre o substrato, de modo que a água escorre da camada e uma camada depositada é formada, na qual as fibras de formação de tela formam uma tela contendo o flúor-polímero e o material de carga; e, aquecimento da camada depositada a uma temperatura acima do ponto de fusão do flúor-polímero de modo a curar o flúor-polímero.
