Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"CABEçA DE COLHEITADEIRA DE GARRA úNICA PARA O CORTE E PROCESSAMENTO DE áRVORES"<D>. Uma cabeça de colheitadeira de garra única compreende uma armação (1,2), que define um caminho de alimentação de árvore, e dois braços de rolete de alimentação (5), pivotáveis em relação à armação (1,2) em torno de um eixo geométrico de pivó (A1), cada qual definido por um pino de pivó (6) e cada qual sustentando um rolete de alimentação rotativo (7). Cada braço de rolete de alimentação (5) é formado como uma alavanca angular com duas pernas de alavanca (5a,5b), o rolete de alimentação (7) sendo sustentado na extremidade livre de uma das pernas (5a) e o pino de pivó (6) do braço de rolete de alimentação (5) sendo posicionado na área angular entre as pernas. Os dois eixos geométricos de pivó (A1) se localizam em um plano comum perpendicular ao caminho de alimentação de árvore. Cada pino de pivó (6) é articulado à armação (1,2) em uma de suas extremidades por meio de uma junta esférica (13) e controlado em sua outra extremidade, de tal forma que o eixo geométrico de pivó (A1) seja móvel no dito plano, porém fixo em uma direção perpendicular a este plano. A outra perna (5b) de cada braço de rolete de alimentação (5) é articulada a uma corrediça (17) por meio de uma junta esférica (16), corrediça esta fazendo um movimento alternativo na direção do caminho de alimentação de árvore em relação à armação (1,2) de modo a manter, no pivotamento dos braços de rolete de alimentação(5), uma distância constante entre as juntas esféricas (16) por meio das quais os braços (5) são articulados à corrediça (17).
