Abstract

Patente de Invenção:<B>"ALOJAMENTO DE SILENCIOSO E CORRESPONDENTE CORPO DE SUSTENTAçãO DO CATALIZADOR COM ELEMENTO DE FIXAçãO, BEM COMO PROCESSO PARA SUA PRODUçãO"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um corpo de sustentação metálico de catalisador (1) para purificar gases de escapamento, especialmente de motores de pequeno porte e abrange também um método para produção do referido corpo de sustentação que de preferência é integrado em um silencioso (6). O corpo de sustentação de catalisador (1) possui uma variedade de percursos de fluxos internos (14) e está montado em um tubo de escape (6). O corpo de sustentação de catalisador (1) possui um elemento (3) elemento de fixação com uma abertura (4). O referido elemento de fixação envolve ao menos uma parte da superfície envolvendo do corpo de sustentação do catalizador (1) com a abertura (4), na qual está diretamente preso, de modo que o corpo de sustentação do catalisador (1) permanece com dimensões estabilizadas, podendo ser transportadas. De acordo com a invenção, o elemento de fixação (3) pode ser ligado ao silencioso (6) que forma uma câmara de afluxo (10) e uma câmara de escoamento (11), de tal maneira que o elemento de fixação 93) veda e separa ambas as câmaras reciprocamente. O elemento de fixação (3) significa que não há necessidade de tubo protetor para o corpo de sustentação do catalisador (1) e possibilita que o referido corpo de sustentação seja integrado em um silencioso (6), tanto de forma direta como também fácil.
